Lee A. Miller is a member of Kaufman Kaufman & Miller LLP concentrating primarily in the area of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination matters. Mr. Miller represents management in employment litigation matters and counsels management in prevention of employment related problems. Mr. Miller currently serves as a member of the San Fernando Valley Business Advisory Council of Goodwill Industries. . Mr. Miller received his law degree from Pepperdine University Law School in 1991. As a law student, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. He also served as a judicial clerk extern for The Honorable Pamela Ann Rymer on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Miller commenced his legal career at the law firm of Morris, Polich and Purdy, where he stayed until opening Miller and Associates in 1995.
